It takes very little reading between the lines, his most recent comments, calling Barack Obama “the most successful food stamp president in American history” sure as hell sounds like race baiting, but that’s just the tip of the iceberg.

Some of his previous greatest hits include, 

“What if [Obama] is so outside our comprehension, that only if you understand Kenyan, anti-colonial behavior, can you begin to piece together [his actions]?”

Then there’s his commentary on Sonia Sotomayor surrounding her comments after being nominated to the Supreme Court, Sotomayor said, “I would hope that a wise Latina woman with the richness of her experiences would more often than not reach a better conclusion than a white male who hasn’t lived that life.”

To which Gingrich later said on twitter,

“Imagine a judicial nominee said ‘my experience as a white man makes me better than a Latina woman’ new racism is no better than old racism.”

On bi-lingual education, Gingrich Said,

“The American people believe English should be the official language of the government… . We should replace bilingual education with immersion in English so people learn the common language of the country and they learn the language of prosperity, not the language of living in a ghetto.”

He told a group of black journalists that “Habits” keep blacks poor.

He has also said,

“Females have biological problems staying in a ditch for 30 days because they get infections, and they don’t have upper body strength.”

Gingrich also proposed in his “Contract with America” under the “Personal Responsibly Act” -

It prohibits AFDC payments 
and housing benefits to mothers under age 18 who give birth to 
out-of-wedlock children.  The state has the option of extending 
this prohibition to mothers ages 18, 19, and 20.  The savings 
generated from this provision to deny AFDC to minor mothers (and 
to mothers age 18 to 20 if the state elects that option) is 
returned to the states in the form of block grants to provide 
services -- but not cash payments -- to help these young mothers 
with illegitimate children.  The state will use the funds for 
programs to reduce out-of-wedlock pregnancies, to promote 
adoption, to establish and operate orphanages, to establish and 
operate residential group homes for unwed mothers, or for any 
purpose the state deems appropriate.  None of the funds may be 
used for abortion services or abortion counseling. 

Gingrich also said of Proposition protesters,

“I think there is a gay and secular fascism in this country that wants to impose its will on the rest of us, is prepared to use violence, to use harassment. I think it is prepared to use the government if it can get control of it. I think that it is a very dangerous threat to anybody who believes in traditional religion.”

Then there was his recent remarks about child labor laws, were he said,

“Really poor children” have bad work habits and no knowledge of how to make an income unless it’s illegal.”

The guy is a big, giant, bigot. No way around it.

Basically, if your world view can be summed up by the following statement - you’re in:

“I want / need to profit by fucking you over”

If you fantasize about either a “golden age” when “everything was right in the world which is defined by brown people and women “knowing their place” when a white man was talking; or you envision a future rhapsody when Jesus H. Christ will come to claim you for your very special righteousness that you exhibited by fucking over entire populations, taking their money, starving or shooting them “for their own salvation” - then today’s GOP is the just the bloodthirsty delusional suck-hole for you.

—- Oh yeah, I almost forgot.  If you can pretend that none of this shit is going on in the GOP and that it has nothing to do with you, that you’re just interested in “fiscal responsibility” and pretend that the aforementioned fucks are the exception and not the rule - and definitely NOT YOUR RESPONSIBILITY - then the GOP was made for you!
